I highly recommend checking out the better business bureau
at www.bbb.org before you buy any moped/scooter. I almost screwed up and bought from a company with several unresolved complaints (of course I would have saved $30).
Strange, I can't find GS motorworks on bbb's site, nor can I find GS's address on GS's site.
I think the original poster should try to contact the bbb and report them.
