Is there is a way to take the petcock valve apart to see what the problem is?Also,has this scooter ever even been started?See if you can rig a line from the gas tank to the carb without the petcock valve.From what I;ve seen of cheap Chinese scooters,a lot of the problems are caused by bad castings,and the petcock is probably made of cast parts.It probably has excess flashing from a defective mold in it that is plugging it up.Jerry.
