Looking to Start a New Chapter in San Antonio
I want to start a chapter of the Moped Army in San Antonio, TX! I have looked through the member directory, and see only one other owner in San Antonio besides myself. Once I get my wife a moped, that'll be three, so that should be enough. But if anybody else is out there and interested, talk to me! Also, if any of you in other parts of the world have started a chapter and can offer me advice, please feel free!
