Moped Army

So guys i've never been to this rally, tell me a little about it?Will 1977 mopeds be open, dates times, what goes down for those that haven't attended a rally before," I've already read the threads" Just let me know from experiences!, Is this sponsored is there a biker build off, tfr or donation giveaways if you can't get your bike going mechanical sessions, are scooters prohibited, is there like trading, buying and selling, hotel/camping info. set up similiar to hershey event!, and finally is this the superbowl of mopeds event etc.???thanks Rico
