Scooters banned in Cook County IL?
Dear Friends,
I read recently that motorized scooters are banned now in Cook county IL (Chicago). They say no one under the age of 18 can ride one. How can I get around this with my moped and not get the 200-1000$ fine and get bothered by cops? Please help
