Labor is the customer's "problem" as there isn't a dealer to take it to--period. And if you're driving a 'pedand can't figure out how to fix the darn thing, walk!

Putting in a replacement speedo isn't rocket science.

And as to shiping damage--DON'T let the shipper leave until the box is opened and checked for damage UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Went through that with my TFR when the A-holes shipped it on it's side, and glad I did! No damage, but I made sure the shipper heard about it!
