I understand your pain on the web site issue, I am working on the web page improvements, I will consider your suggestion.
You sent in a service request, was there an auto response after you hit send? That's the only thing I can come up with as to why it took so long for someone to respond. If I dont get it directly I have to depend on someone else forwarding it to me.
Please if you havent already sent it in, send me your warranty slip, I haven't looked yet to see if it's here.
