Moped Army

I just put new tires on the front and back of my Tomos Sprint.
The stock tires were 2.25" and I put on the larger 2.5" tires.
When I spin my front tire it is out of balance or something? It moves from side to side when I spin the wheel.

Now when I go around my favorite curves my moped is not as stable feeling. Also when I apply my front brake the front end shimmies and shakes a little > never did this before.

I bought these wider tires to help give me more stability into the turns.
I have to be at the Circleville race track tomorrow!

What should I do or check?

My Tomos doesn't have spokes, so I don't know how to get the rim/tire to rotate in line???
