OT/ How do I turn off Delayed Dome lights?

Guys,

I know this is Off Topic... Way off topic! :o) I just figured that maybe somebody here would know the answer to this question.

I have a chevy s-10 with one of those stupid delayed dome courtesy lights. I would rather that when I close the doors, that the light goes out immediately rather than a few seconds later. How do I turn off this feature?
