3 mile walk home...flooding help

I just finished walking my kitted puch back 3 miles to my house. I have a 70cc tccd kit, 12mm carb, 14mm intake, high compression head, and performance air filter and pipe. I have tuned it to where it goes fast and doesn’t four stroke, but the stupid thing won’t idle or take off from a stop.

Whenever I have to stop for a light, it seems to flood, and the engine doesn’t just bogs, bogs, quits.
Please you guys…any help, I have no car, have somewhere to be tomorrow.
