Toms Targa LX Question

I have been reading the other posts and wanted some feed back on what i plan to do.

The tomos is an early 90’s model.

1) Free air filter, i think thats wahat it’s called. just derestricted
2) Estroil exhaust
3) 16mm Dellorto

4) and maybe a 27 tooth front and 22 tooth rear, but i dont plan on doing this until after i have the first three all set.

Also what size jets should i be running in the carb? should i get a different size carb?
