He ported it a little, opened the exhaust as much as he could, and thinks hes close to 50. No changing the carb, jetting, or whatever. Stock, 49cc piston, head all that.”

nope. if you port a cylinder and add a more powerful pipe without upjetting you will literally blow up within minutes. doesnt work that way.
