Apparently I have an elusive air leak.

Yes, I know how to do a quick test for one. I’ve done it a few times now, and found nothing.
Sprayed around pipe, case/jug, jug/head, intake, and decomp.
No change in RPMs at idle.
I’m told I might have an air leak, as I’m running lean a 109 jet.
Peugeot 103, polini bottom end, 50cc polini kit, stock head (for the moment).
4-petal reed valves, 19mm dellorto phbg with rubber mount, currently held with pvc tubing clamped to a shortened intake, barely slides over both ends, and I’ve got clamps on those.
So it’s a 109 main jet, 45 idle jet (which is lean at idle, but it’s the highest I was able to get my hands on for the moment).
Needle pulled up all the way.
Mixture screw cranked out quite a bit.
Getting mostly white, with a bit of a brown smear on plug chops.
I was about to drill out a jet to 120, to see what it did, when I started hearing that I probably had an air leak.
So before I go killing jets I might need, I figured I’d run it by you guys.
Does it sound like I have an air leak, even though I can’t find one?
