There is no screw with that throttle grip, it does take a double ended cable. I used a NOS puch cable that was double ended and it worked quite well, but I got the last one from my vendor. I have, however, successfully soldered ends onto a cable like that. Get out your soldering gun and a torch. Torch the cable until its hot, and then melt the solder onto it, using the iron to keep the cable hot while you put the solder on. My big Weller solder gun just doesn’t crank out the heat to blast a big long heat sinking cable like that, but you can’t deny MAPP gas!
