EBR Grimeca/Disc Setup - Matching Back Rim?

I’m interested in purchasing the EBR Front Fork w/Disc Brake setup off of 1977mopeds for my General 5-star…

...it comes complete with a Grimeca Rim – however, I can’t seem to locate a matching back rim (17”) – anyone know where I can find this?

Should I just get two new rims, and if so what is rate for 50-mph+
