I have a throttle on one of my bikes that requires a double ended cable. I use one of the 5.5mm cable ends shown here:



They are available at a few different places. I think I got mine at Moped Junkyard when I was ordering some hard to find parts for a Garelli. The 5.5 mm size works perfectly, though.
