A55 bogs

i got an 07 tomos and while im idling if i turn the throttle to quickly or to much its bogs a little and doesn’t move much. Also when i run a wot and i come to a stoplight i have a problem taking off again if i just use the throttle at all it tends to die. so what do you think the problem is. do i need a larger idle jet and if i do how much bigger. im running a 22t, K&N with a 60 jet and the needle i believe is on the richest setting. oh and i did move the circlip from where it was down one position to where it is now and that helped the problem a little.
