What M1 kit to get?

I’m debating between three kits: The Polini 75, Imperial 80 and the Imperial 65. Unless the Imperial 65 is really good I was leaning twards a bigger displacement this time around. Tell me what you guys/ gals think and a pipe combo suggestion would be good too. I’m looking to run a 18 Dellorto on it if that helps too any.
