over heating puch

damn my engine gets HOT!!!!!! polini kit. 14 carb, proma gp pipe, i have to run a nine otherwise my bike will not move. i changed the needle to the thickest one i could find, and dropped it to the leanest setting. i got some power, but now its too lean. when i richen up it looses all power again. what the fuck. i added a suped thick head gasket and that helped a bit. any advice???

Also, the bike seems to have no power band. what is going on?
