yeah those are to equalize the pressure in the float to atmospheric pressure it says so in the dellorto manual and are supposed to be open, the other outlet is covered by a black rubber thing, also the intake has been shortened and is a bit more off to the side and braced with a piece of metal so it doesn’t vibrate so much.

i’m gonna take a look at it all today so i’ll keep u posted, its really boggling me wats going on.

also most polinis around here r not slapped on, we open up the bottom end and somtimes open the polini up too (mine is ported out some) and most of these siezes are happening on bikes with 4 pedal intakes and big ass carbs, we are stressing the polini inherently, even as my bike is, not tuned right it goes a solid 50mph. and gets there really fast on 13X36 gearing. much faster than then the others running polini setups last monday night, so i think we need a solution, so we can max out these kits to thier full potential.
