Have you noticed a pattern of this problem relating to one speeds as opposed to two speeds…one speeds turn opposite rear wheel rotation..that makes the piston load on the exhaust side under power stroke…not good cuz thats the hot side..maybe that why the piston is hammered on that side(chipped) also the intake side of that piston is so narrow ,how can it be stable in the bore at rpm’s that set up was never designed to handle…I know those polini pistons made that way help transfer volume but at what cost…two speeds spin same direction as rear wheel..loading the intake side where there is little area on that piston thats not good either .maybe those pistons should have a clearance band machined into the crown’ Im runnin one with that now on a 50cc screamer …I got a new way to machine pistons, so these kits will hang in there a little longer, if it works (gotta make sure)I will share…hope to see you all at flock yea…shaw
