Nice dude.
Make sure to do your plug chops. Express engines can take an ass kicking, but everything has its limit.
Also, your stock oil injector is not going to be supplying your bike enough oil.
A lot of guys remove the oil injection and run premix. The other option would be to put a weak premix, like 80:1 in the tank then use the injector as is.
Once I was ripping my express on a little highway around here. I got up to about 47 or so and soft seized the kit. I was like panicked. Not only did I almost crash but I was afraid my kit was fried and I was stranded like 10 miles out from the nearest friendly port.
I was riding it real hard, but that was nothing new. The thing that changed was that I had run out of the good 2 stroke oil that morning so I used the gas station stuff I use in my weed wackers and stock bikes.
So basically under the same running conditions the engine didn’t seize with synthetic, but did with the cheap stuff.
I always run synthetic in my kitted bikes now. If I am out of synth I will ride a different bike until I get some and mix up some good stuff. Other people will tell you its all the same.
Take from that what you will.
