Minarelli Starting Clutch

Can anyone give me the proceedure for adjusting the starting clutch arm on the right hand side of a Minarelli V1 engine?

The manual I bought from the Moped Junkyard has nothing in it about the adjustment.

Do I just keep tightening it up until the starting clutch is engaged enough to allow the engine to turn when the pedals are cranked? I do not want it to be so tight as to burn out the little bearing on the clutch pusher plate.

Thanks
