I’ve tried no filter and also have a new filter from Honda I’ve been using.

I am going back to the #78 later today.

For what it’s worth my other Hobbit is a almost a twin to this setup, Proma, #80 jet, boyesen reeds and runs perfect and have never fought that one ever.
