Peugeot 103 Idle

Hello.
My Peugeot will not idle at all. I am having the same sort of problems as this guy (http://www.mopedarmy.com/forums/discuss/6/192143/192143/) Basically it is running erratically and missing one moment and fine the next and then missing again. I have messed with idle screw a ton and that does not change anything for me. I am thinking of replacing the condenser to try to fix it. Any Suggestions?
