Engine bolt broken...don't ride?

so the bolt that holds the engine head and everything else together, was broken and stripped due to its previous owner. there are four bolts all together and one of tthem is stripped.. the other ones are tightened down properly.

so…is it a bad idea if i ride or will i just be losing some compression?

i’m still trying to figure out some ideas on how i’m going to fix this.
i was thinking of putting some JB weld in it.
