81 Express SR MISS

I have a miss/stumble at wide open throttle when driving my moped. It does not do it the first 10 min or so of driving, cold, and only does it on a flat run at wide open. If on a hill from a stop it does not miss/stumble, just on a flat run at wide open after it’s up to speed. Off the line and up to 30 mph it is fine then it starts missing.
