Ped Problem, PLEASE help.

i took my 08 tomos into the shop a week ago because the del orto oil pump seized. the one they put on it doesn’t look like the one that came on it. anyways, it started to smoke a little after i got it back, i figured its normal because its a 2 stroke, but last night i got back from a ride and an hour later i went to go somewhere and it wouldn’t start. so when it did start (had to use kick start w/choke) it smoked ALOT and when i hit the gas it bogged out then it idled for 20 seconds then shut off???
