Batavus Hot Acceleration Problem

Replaced the lock washers on the cylinder head and re-torqued it properly while the engine was cool. It runs fairly well while cool but after the engine is properly warmed up the acceleration turns to crap.

When the engine is cold it’ll pull me up my driveway no problem but after it warms up i have trouble accelerating on anything that isn’t completely level or a slight downgrade.

Warm or cold once it’s over to 20 mph it’ll pull me up hills at around 25mph and cruise around at 30 fairly well.
