how to reassemble the stock e50 Bing carburetor

My searches of this forum and the wiki were fruitless. Please tell me the right way to reassemble the stock Bing carburetor on an e50 engine. I disassembled it the Steve way, which I imagine is not the right way. Now that I’ve snapped the throttle cable while trying to get it back together by using the throttle to compress the spring-<>the cable was worn already, I swear-I’d like to know the real way to get it all back together. Right now, the cable housing is completely disassembled, with the choke plate, spring, the cylinder that governs the airflow, and needle loose.

The bowl/float/jet part is probably a-ok, though!
