Couple of thoughts…
Sounds like flooding. Instead of throttling wide open, see if you can back the throttle down a bit without losing speed.

Are you getting air in the line?

Just for the hell of it… lengthen your fuel line, and make sure its not touching your exhaust. Maybe, after 10 minutes or so, your pipe gets hot and the fuel vaporizes in the line.
