Thanks for the help! To answer both of your questions no. But what I did find when looking at my brake light switch on my right handle bar (after chasing every single wire forward and backward)is it had come a part under the protective sleeve. I fixed that. Then all the lights worked only when I had the right brake on. Then I remembered about the wire that was hanging out of the headlight switch when I got the bike. When I first discovered it I put it in the hole I thought it should of gone in but I was wrong. I switched the holes the loose wire was in and WALLAH it works!!!

So there was two things wrong

The headlight switch was wrongly wired(by me)
And the break switch had come a part causing a short
