Little confused here, you said that if my blinker DOESN”T flash at high revs it is probably the flasher. Like I mentioned in my prior post, the only time it is blinking is when I do have it reving high, otherwise it is just a dimly lit non blinking light at idel. I have tryed charging the battery, the charger is saying it is completely charged…any other ideas?
