At the risk of sounding really stupid, I am not sure. I don’t think so, but I think it’s because the clutch is missing. But my friend said it ran awhile back, but he didn’t have the time or interest to get the part. But I think I found the part online, thanks to this forum. So you’re in Biddeford? I’m about 20 minutes from you!
