With the whole choke thing, that is why I stated the position because I was not totally sure. I just know that the label for the choke is above the handle, but it gave no specific position (And I obviously didn’t take the time to look into it).

The gas is fresh, I just fired it up today without any problems.

So, I guess the moped is running correctly, just need to do some fine tuning to get it up to speed and clean the tank.

What does it take to advance the timing and upjet the engine?

Thank you for the help.
