Hey guys, thought I’d give you an update.

I got home from dinner and couldn’t help but try something out before tomorrow’s moped grease session. I put on a muffler (didn’t want to be too loud, college town, lots of people out and about) and rigged up the air filter.

I actually felt like I was riding a moped! It started right up, and took me down the hill. Coming back up the hill was a different story but it got me up with a fight. A slow fight but the moped was winning!

Tomorrow I’m going to clean the bejesus out of the exhaust, get a new spark plug (multiple), some transmission fluid, and try to grace some gaskets if I have time.

But WOOHOO! I almost have a moped! Now I need to get a chain so I dont have to keep pushing it to get it to start… thats pretty lame.
