Minarelli has weak low end

So I got this Motron running, after cleaning the points, cleaning the carb and replacing the air filter, replacing the gas and plug, and some cables and the transmission oil. Now it runs okay. It starts pretty easy, and has a decent top speed (around 25 to 30). But the low end kinda sucks. I don’t think its the exhaust, I tried running it with no muffler and it was only slightly faster. I used 5w30 for the transmission, could that be a problem? In terms of compression I get about 100 psi, thats fine right?
