My 2001 Targa LX takes ATF Dexron Mercon lll. A moped dealer should be able to tell you what yours takes. I don’t think you need to flush any more than emptying the old stuff. Taking the gearbox cover off is not tough .. you could examine your parts. Don’t damage the gasket .. and if you do use some sealer. I don’t use 10W30 in my gearbox because it’s not what the manufacturer specifies.
