Hi silverfox,

They look like this.

– Dry fouled picture

I don’t really know. Changing them fixes it though. It runs like a champ but after a few miles when it gets warm it suddenly quits. The carb hasn’t been cleaned in the last 37 years and the gas tank isnt the cleanest. I am using chemdip on the carb and I am getting the tank professionally cleaned. Is cleaning the carb with chemdip a good idea? Could this be the source of the problem?

Thanks.
