I was talking about the driveshaft seal. theres a 6203 bearing behind the driveshaft which is easily replaceable without disturbing the seal.
heres my bearing/seal checklist from another post:
the crank bearings are hard to get. but the others are easy enough.
1-6005
1-6203
1-6202z
1-16100
seals:
1735×7 magneto side crank seal
2035×7 clutch side crank seal
theres an output shaft seal as well, but its hard to get. I reused mine.
crank bearings:
1- L17
1-E20
if you can find those.
reuse all your gaskets and shims and the tolerances should stay the same. otherwise you needs special tools to check the endplay.
theres a bunch of needle bearings in there also. 2 in the 1st gear drive unit and one in the case. I never replaced these, couldnt find them in the bearing catalog.
