Gaskets

Hi,

My e-50 has a cylinder stud thread which is stripped, i have bought helicoils to fix it but the issue is i will be needing a gasket kit, but i cant find any complete ones for a reasonable price. I need a complete kit for the head gaskets because they are now wrecked due to the fact that the head’s bolt was loose and it leaked by there.

My question is, are the head gasket necessary and is there a way to cut one out for the base gasket( if so with what)? and take in consideration that theres a decompression valve on the head.
