im kinda near the same problem.. mine idles fine and when im off it i can give it throttle, as soon as i sit on it and give it throttle (and trying to find any sweet spot) it just wants to die..

but in your case im guessing its wiring/electrical somewhere down there… you got another bike you can switch it all out with? and your timing is set as perfect as it can be, right?
