Puch E50 Timing/Fouling Plugs/Mix/Jet/CRAP!

So, my E50 is done and rebuilt… woo-hoo. Now, she won’t run correctly.
The only time she’ll fire is with a BRAND NEW plug, but after it warms up and runs for a while and I shut it off it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it started again.
I’ve tried cleaning the plug, re-gapping the plug and points, checking the stator timing, down-jetted to ensure it wasn’t running overly rich and I’m now running 50:1 instead of my break-in-norm of 35:1….
What gives? When I take the plug out after the run they’re clean, dry and look brand new! I can even test them against the block and they spark like a banshee… but, for some reason, that plug will NO LONGER RUN THE BIKE…
As soon as I pop a new B6HS in there… vroom… she’s fired up in a half-kick.
I’m at a loss here guys.
