Here’s you problem…. your idle jet is clogged. All you need to do is remove the throttle screw on the right side of the moped and once that’s gone you can get access to the idle jet. This can be located underneath a screw off cover on the top of the carb just below the throttle screw. Just get that cover off and spray some carb cleaner in there and then poke it a little with a thin wire. put it back together and you should be good.
