when you removed the carb did any of the degreaser get into that hole that goes into your engine? Cause that would stink.

As far as the hose its probably the fuel line, you don’t know where its coming from? Is it coming from the petcock.. That valve doo-hickey that is attached to your tank?

My hose is near all my wires too. Its the only hose I’ve got though, pretty sure.
