Honda na50 (express) wont idle

i have to spray carb cleaner in the carb just to get it started,then it runs like it gets no fuel. i have taken the carb off once, and cleaned out the bell housing and the jet also a few tubes in there.
do i need to take the carb apart again and take the jet out. then clean the jet and the tubes along with the hole where the jet screws into.

and yes, this is the guy who kept posting on how to get the moped to run without a battery. and i did, :)

and that little honda hauls when it runs strait off carb cleaner!

can i get some help on this one guys???????????
