what did i screw up this time?

I had my 1980 express running very smoothly, other than some smoke. The smoke made me decide to bbq the muffler and remove the head to clean off the top of the cylinder and around the spark plug.

I was able to wipe a lot of the shit off with a small amount of carb cleaner, and got the muffler really clean.

Now the engine won’t start. Could I have messed up the timing some how? The sparkplug is only a week old, could something have happened to it?
