Okay, I’ve got everything put back together, and it started just fine. Good moped. I don’t think it’s leaking around the head anymore, but I’m going to withhold the final judgment on that till I get a chance to ride it around more (as in, tomorrow morning.)

I ended up not messing with the one bolt. I figured that if I left it alone and it was still leaking, I could always take it apart again and mess with it, but if I messed with it to begin with, I’d probably just make it worse. If I decide later that it’s still leaking, I will most definitely follow your suggestion, Steve.

Okay everyone, thanks for all the help! I’ll post back tomorrow at some point when I’ve got a more definite verdict.
