it does seem like a governor. Then like the governor switches off for a few seconds and comes back on. What’s the proper way to keep it from running rich? Does this still sound like that may be what it is? I don’t want it to be all that fast. If I could just get it up to 30 – 32 I’d be fine with that. Any suggestions?
