squeeky swing arm?

are there replaceable components in the swing arm, it seams very squeeky underneath, not the shocks or the fork!

i took a look at, it seems to have only two bolts connecting it to the body….with two holes in each corner on the bottom side with nothing in them…i’m guessing nothing goes there…i can’t imagine both of them were taken out or fallen out! and the top bolts are welded on one side.
